what is a good ultralight rod and a spinning reel for trout stream fishing under 50 dollars?

Here’s the one that I’d recommend. It’s from Shakespeare and includes a carbon fiber ugly stick rod. It will probably give all the performance you could ask for, and if you have a Walmart nearby you can probably order it online and pick it up in the store to avoid any shipping costs.
